People think that because every option in an election is unpleasant, that they just won’t vote. The worst thing is that that idea is far more prevalent on the left, whereas conservatives aren’t prone to thinking anyway so they tend to do what they are told and vote for the conservative option every time.

I’ve been reading “All Quiet on the Western Front” by Erich Maria Remarque. It’s the story of Paul Baumer a German footsoldier in WWI, first published in 1929. Good reading, but not for the weak of stomach, the battlefield scenes are pretty descriptive.

I was looking to see what the latest stats where for ‘what browser people use’. Having no idea where to start (although that phrase might have worked) I plugged ‘browser’ into Google. I expect the answer to my question to be somewhere between 85-90% some version of Internet Explorer.
